Unlike the typical beach environment, Xcaret offers rocky coasts with underwater caves with lush coral habitats. The grounds of the hotel contain the ruins of a previous Mayan Village... Totally a most amazing place! A that is a must visit on the list when touring the Riviera Maya.

This hotel has several locations in its jungle filled grounds where ancient civilizations of Mayan People built their homes! This ruin is still in great shape...
